0.5-0.8mm thickness of hot dipped galvanized sheets, hot dipped aluminum-zinc sheets or 0.8-1.0mm thickness of aluminum sheets;
"Thickness of inner steel sheet"
0.4-0.6mm thickness of galvanized steel sheets or 0.8-1.0mm thickness of aluminum sheets;
"External dimensions"
The composite panel is 1000mm in standard width and can be customized to non-standard widths that is less than 1000 such as 900 or 600 per the demands of customer;
"Anti-corrosion of steel coil substrate"
Galvanized. The standard Zinc content on both sides (g/m2) is 140 / 180 / 275;
Galvanized and aluminized as AZ100, AZ120, AZ150;

"End-product protection"
A protective film is applied on the surface of the outer sheet to protect the end product from being scratched. The products are packaged accordingly per the specific conditions before leave factory.

Our composite sandwiched products consist of two layers of molded metal panels (or panels by other materials) and polymer heat-insulated core directly foamed and cured between the panels. These sandwiched end-products are convenient to install with light weight and high efficiency. The filling systems also use a closed bubble structure and can avoid moisture condensation.
The forming of the outer steel sheet takes into full account the requirements of structure and strength as well as aesthetics. The inner surface is formed with embossing to meet various demands.
